Linearossa W1 - can't hear anything!?

Hi all,

 

Recently purchased this portable AMP for using with my iPod. Tried to listen to with different types of headphones (ATH - M50; PL-50; Sony ??; + LOD(fiio), but cannot hear a thing. Even thou volume switch is pushed to max (10) I can hear some sort of sound in a far far away distance. Is my new AMP requires some burn in time?.. or do I need to do something with iPod set -up?... or is it just not not working properly?

 

Please help me with my first portable AMP!!!

Sound weird. Are you sure the battery is not empty and you have push all the 3.5mm plug all the way in?

It does sound weird. OK, I purchased brand new pack of AAA batteries and checked plug connection, but still the same. Volume is on level 10 but sound is very, very low?!?! LOD cable out iPod is connected on the back of W1, and headphones plug all the way in on front side (where headphone icon is).

Could be a lemon. I think you should return it for a new one.
