So far I have been really enjoying the new Decemberists and Iron & Wine.  

 

I'm extremely excited about the new Strokes, Explosions in the Sky, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fleet Foxes, and Mars Volta.

           Danger Mouse & Daniele Luppi - Rome

           Tedeschi Trucks Band - Revelator

           Nicolas Jaar - Space Is Only Noise

          The Sway Machinery - The House of Friendly Ghosts Vol. 1()

 

I relly can`t get into the new TV on the Radio, I can stand the first track then noises.

So far, my top 3 of 2011:

 

The Strokes - Angles  (Their best since their debut)  

 

Chapel Club - Palace  (Interesting new English band, reminiscent of the Smiths/Morrissey)

 

Foo Fighters - Wasting Light  (Nice comeback after the somewhat disappointing Echoe's Silence Patience and Grace)

Fleet Foxes - Helplessness Blues (Great sophomore album and it definitely lived up to Fleet Foxes first album)

The Pains of Being Pure at Heart - Belong

Vakill's armor of God is nice, also, Vladislav Delay Quartet.
