Looking for a 24-32GB mp3 around 200$

Hello,

I'm a little bit out of date in the mp3's market and in a need for your good advice...

I really liked the concept of all the creative X-FI (of course that i would have to expand them..),

however i couldn't tell the diffrent between the models: X-FI, XFI2. MX. and there are price diffrents.

Any other suggestions would be great of course (if available in my country).

Thanks ahead,

Daniel.

A few options for ya:

Cowon S9 32gb

Zune HD 32gb

You could expand that to the 16gb models that can handle microSDHC cards - 16gb would give you about 30-31 usable space.

That would add the 16gb Sansa Fuze and Cowon J3 to your list of possibilities.

If you just want audio, get a Clip+ 8gb with a 32gb card. for around $125

You can also buy a s9 32gb and zunHD

Also, again, NO ONE CAN LISTEN TO 32gb of music on a single battery charge. It doesn't matter that you might want that artist on your pmp, just wait and put it on when you charge the pmp.

Question: And you live where?

Hi guys, thanks for the replys.

So here's the deal, while the sansa clip is a great player it will have a hard time going throw big libraries of music, thats why a player with a good searching options is also something to consider.

That leads me to the next question, does the fuze has good searching options? for example, my last mp3 was the Zen Touch where you could pick an artist by the letter.

Also, will the "fusion" of the sansa with the mSD be a good one? because I read that in the creative models they treat them separately.

As for the Cowon and Zune, yeah they look great, but they are expensive so i'll might put them aside for now.

the zune i not available in my country - israel anyway (answer to boy68 :)).

Nobody said a thing about the creative models, are they just terrible or you guys just wantedto give me more options?

I know I have many questions, as I said I'm out of date... thanks again!

Daniel.

Get a Sansa clip+ 8gb, get a 32gb microSD card, then enjoy the SQ. Also, if you want advanced sound-tweaking features, install Rockbox on it and you'll never be happier or have to secong guess that you made a mistake.

like nywytboy I would really reccomend the sansa clip+ and a 32gb sd. Also the sflo2 is a great sounding PMP. As is the Cowon J3.

I got a friend going to US soon so i think ill have either J3 or S9 32 GB after all :)

Whats the diffrent between them anyway..?

The J3 is the newer device and has a microSD expansion slot - it can go to 64gb total (full library integration of the microSD card!!!). the S9 tops off @32gb, but it's still an excellent player.

Between the 2 , get J3 no question about it.

Yeah, it's pretty much final. Read some stuff about the J3 looks great & defintly worth the extra money.

I also read that its merge's perfect with the mSD wich is what I'm looking for.

Thanks again everyone!
