Ok, so I was going to go to the Decemberists concert next Sunday, but then the Packers made the Super Bowl. What's a guy to do?! (skip the concert, and hope sooo hard that the Packers win so that the weekend isn't a wash).

Cellphones with a speaker and people who use them to annoy the whole damn bus. Me being without a DAP atm does not help with that, I begin noticing just how absolutely annoying the sounds of my environment are. The music in the supermarket is awful, people blabbering loudly about their asinine, dispensable problems... But seriously, I don't know how more days of driving to work while being assaulted by atrocious music from crappy mobile phone speakers I can stand without taking the damn thing from the hands of the perpetrator and smashing it on his or her head. 

^ I went to the beach once with my niece's friends, one of the kids had a backpack with speakers attached that blared incoherent rap music as we walked.

I have been without earbuds for 3 weeks now, and I have to play things through my  iphone speaker on the bus. Also, not being able to listen to music at school is slowly killing me.

I hope they win...not a Steelers fan at all. If they don't I can imagine your complaint

My bag of Redline Espresso beans came today. Fine as a shot, but nowhere near strong enough for milk drinks. :( I seem to prefer darker roasts than the norm, maybe it's all the years drinking DD/Starbucks.

minus the DD, starbucks is far stronger than DD

Lab doesn't have a NMR machine. Seems like one would cost $250'000+ plus the maintenance and liquid helium costs (superconductor needs to be cooled). At least we have IRS (Infrared Spectro).

I just threw my cell phone (Alias 2) in a fit of rage.... Not a good idea. I'm always in very good control of my anger... sigh.... Does anyone know about Verizon Warranty conditions or where I can get the cheapest replacement handset?

People need to realize this is an American based forum, meaning people should list their price as DOLLARS $$$.

I'm sick of seeing things for what I think is a great deal and then finding out after doing the conversion that it's a crap deal.  For the opposite of this, see the Senn 800's that are for sale in the Headphones section for 8,500 SEK.  Wtf people.
