I'll start this right out by saying I don't really buy into boutique cabling on headphones, and I think any speaker wire that goes for more than a few dollars a foot is pointless, but I've seen on this site a bunch of pictures of headphones recabled with braided copper wire. I think this looks sexy as hell. Thusly, I want to mod my DT880's with some braided copper wire, cause I think it'd look cool as hell, and it might be a learning experience.
Any advice on where I'd get supplies for this for cheap, and how I'd go about it would be a great help.
Also, while I question the validity of some high end cables, I certainly don't want to make my sound worse out of these cans.
