i just wish the mods would try and be of help, can't they see the user's Ip address? oh and happiman isn't banned yet...do we need anymore proof?...

One thing I dislike is the addresses where each word doesn't make any sense to me, and when the address takes 10 mins to write down...with several failed tries as it's pretty much hebrew to me..

This thread is an absolute nightmare for my netbook browsing. I am sorry that you got scammed buffalowings. It's never fun to get scammed especially when it is dealing with this as this hobby is something that we should find enjoyment from and not anything like this. It doesn't look good right now and not sure if there's much you can do although I haven't read the entire thread in detail but just skimmed through it.

It does look like 1click or whatever the user name is the scammer or at least that's what I thought when I saw that user pop up after registering recently.

Also personally I try not to buy from outside ConUS due to ease of shipping and if anything happens it is easier to deal with. I have bought one item here outside of ConUS and that is a rare occasion. I try not to buy from them but I have no issues selling to them as long as all risks are the responsibility of the buyer.

The fact that both of those links were immediately deactivated tells me Justin is lurking around on this thread. Be careful what you post.

justin settled this with me earlier this morning, I received a refund for my TF10's at the request that i promise to close this thread. but unfortunately, i have received messages from members that were fooled by the same ploy. and therefore, the thread shall remain open until all members have received compensation for the monetary losses.

I'm surprised that this Justin was never caught before, and I'm even more surprised that the mods have not taken any actions yet.

It is disturbing that a thread like this, warning off members of this site even, is getting closed when so much unresolved issues is still at hand!

I do hope the moderators can manage to keep this thread at least open to search for future members and their attempt of searches for honorable sales persons at least!

Rawrster, I was upset that something like this happened in my country, which was why I sent an email to the company alerting them that their address had been involved in a scam. That's the reason why 1click responded so quickly. Whether 1click is the scammer or not I won't speculate, the main aim was to get the incident resolved.

I'm glad buffalowings got his money back and I hope the rest who got scammed by this fellow will get their money back too.

guys, the opposing party stated that he wished to resolve this issue because he used to work for 1click and doesn't want them to get framed for all this, and therefore, I respect his steps forward. as of now, 1click isn't part of the issue anymore

thanks for understanding

Alright, I'm closing this thread because it appears to be resolved.

Buffalowings, PM me if you want it reopened or if you want to add more information.
