Sony Qualia and AKG Q701 black/white look amazingly appealing to my eyes.

I really like the Ultrasone Edition 10s, the Sony Qualia, Q701s, and the Ultrasone Pro 900s.

Not sure why but I'm a wood hater on headphones. Metal and high quality plastic combinations look great!

On the contrary, I find the LCD-2s ugly. With that type of look, the Thunderpants dominate :D

(Not insulting your opinion. I'm just stating mine)

The Thunderpants look good but the clips attaching the cups to the headbands look extremely cheap and nasty and downgrade the TP's completely.

Agreed. I would have liked a silver or black for that part too. The gold doesn't work for me.

Yea i'm going to have to disagree about the lcd-2's. They remind me of an accordion.  I happen to like the look of the skullcandy aviators though.

One i have a particularly strong affinity for.

Personally, I would say either the Ultrasone Edition 8 or the Denon D5000/D7000.
