...But the LA5000 is a Denon mod, right?

That is a sick headphone stand! What is it?

I'm done with my review of the LA5000 but i haven't posted it yet. I'll probably post it later.

Yes, it dramatically improved the overall SQ of the Denon AH-D5000.

My headphone stand? I call it Skelostand (LOL, for the lack of other decent name). Its a custom-made headphone stand masterfully-crafted by a friend with my concept.

OMG dude. I would totally pay for that, as long as it doesn't damage the headphones like many stands do.

Oh, and consider trademarking that name.

All of my custom-stands are carefully crafted based on the specs and dimensions of my headphones. It is improbable to damage my cans. This one is carefully-designed to also safely carry 4 IEMs as well.

Before someone will PM me (again), my headphone stands are not for sale =)

I was actually going to PM you about which anime series you like. XD

Everything is for sale. It's just a matter of what your price is. :p

I like Gundam Wing, Fate Stay/Night, Naruto, and Full Metal Alchemist

The stand is sooo huge (and a bit heavy) it will take a fortune to send it abroad via FedEx (i dont trust other couriers).

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, and Soul Eater are my top three. (MAL profile in my sig.)

That's what you're worried about? If you ever do sell it, customers would pay for shipping. You could even outsource manufacturing to other countries, since it doesn't seem to be all that complex to create. I like the name and style, and I'm sure plenty of others would as well, so if you're into business opportunities, I wouldn't pass it up, man!

Indeed.

Not exactly the best-looking, but the piezoelectric TakeT-H2+ is very interesting to me in a way that no other headphone is.

Old Denon's are the best Denon's.

IIRC a Head-Fi'er made it himself. It wasn't bought from what I remember.

I'm impressed.  Another excuse for a 3d printer.  Or maybe a miniature model spine.
