Would it damage it? Would it damage them? would it make it sound better? How? It goes up to 600ohm's.

Grados are low impedance. It is possable to damage them even on low impedance setting. I would leave the setting on low impedance as it will give you finer volume control. Highh impedance setting has courser volume control & more volume that is way in excess of the grados power handling. Sound is not likely to improve either way & grados can produce enough volume on low impedance setting to damage hearing in relatively short order. Current feedback amps are relatively insensitive to gain in terms of output quality unlike voltage feedback amps & they (current feedback amps) have frequency response up to 10megahertz regardless of gain setting
