How long does it take Audeze to ship Headphones from the time they receive payment?

I just payed for my LCD-2, but got no confirmation email.  Just wanting to know how long the waiting time is for this part of the process.

In this thread you can check the approx. waiting time for people who actually own a LCD-2

I made two requests for the LCD-2 from two different emails the first request I got a reply to pay at 2 weeks the second request was only 7 working days.
