There's some really great stuff on Soundcloud. Plenty of lossless tracks for download.

i have used it for some electronic music. i haven't searched there for anything but so far. seems to be a nice website though.

Steven Wilson has posted some demo and live material there, as well as bonus tracks from his Insugentes solo CD. It's in full WAV format:
