Seeking recommendations for sound card I can install for 24/96 and 24/192 digital audio?? can spend around $150-200 at the extreme most
 
N.B. I don't have "golden" ears, I need something that will be as smooth and 
clear as possible without adding anything
 
For ripping hi-res audio from a CD does the DVD/CD player in my computer make any difference??
 
N.B. Present rig is 3.4 Ghz P4 (32-bit), 4 GB RAM, plenty of storage
