I am looking for a 2.1 setup that has better than average quality and strong, deep bass. it will be used for movies, gaming, and music.
i am not sure if a preboxed setup would be good or would it be possible to build some kind of setup?
i've taken the logitech z-2300 and klipsch promedia into consideration, although i always read there are better setups for the money on reviews. i was hoping someone could shed some light as to exactly what is better for this price range.

ps. sorry but i am an audio noob; i've recently started wanting better quality audio, and so joined head-fi.
