Okay, so i am still using my onboard soundcard from a Gigabyte motherboard and im getting pretty tired of the sound of it. Even my iPod video 30gb has better sound than my PC. Now ive been wondering what will sound the best. The uDac2 or the Asus Xonar DX, or even the STX? The big pro of the uDac2 is that its portable in the sense that i can use it on whatever computer i want.
I use the phiaton ms 400 and the ATH MS-50 but will soon purchase the KRK 8 inch monitors. I listen mostly to house music, hiphop rnb, prince (yes, hes a genre on his own), some reggae and latin music, if its of any importance. Hope that you guys can help me!
