Just heard the news of Gerry's passing after a troubled life.

Thank you Gerry for your long contribution to music. May you now at last find peace.

Very sad. I grew up listening to Baker Street, which was one of my uncle's favorite songs back then. He used to play it on cassette when I rode in his car.

I grew up in the UK and baker street was quite the anthem at the time. He wrote really great music. Thanks for contributing folks.
