Repairing SONY MDR-NC020 headphones

Hi

I own a Sony Walkan NWZ-S783F the one with the built in noise cancelling. It is delevered with special headphones compatible with the noise cancelling function , recently the noise cancelling stopped working and after a short period one of the headphones (the right one ) stopped working too and i think the problem is comming from a  bad contact in this zone .

Does anyone knows if it's possible to repair this kind of problem ?

thanks

It's easy/ Don't be affraid, cut off the damaged wire*, twist obe side of the wire and another. Solid both of them, then i recomed you to use "hot glue gun" to isolate wire's then use insulating tape to make it stylish

*or cut carefully the whole part that ovaled red, find damaged wire use intsruction above, after that "hot glue" all the wires.
