USB DAC amp for Grado SR325is that could also preamp Swan M200 MkIII speakers well?

I guess the title about said it all.

I plan on getting a Benchmark DAC1 PRE but that is part of a large home studio project and I won't even be living in this same place when I get it all together. In the near future here I'm probably going to pick up a pair of Grado SR325is and a DAC/amp.

Where I live now, headphones are the best option, but a few times a week I'm able to use my Swan M200 MkIII speakers which are self-powered. Because they are, they only need a preamp, so my ultimate goal here would be a DAC with USB to take over my computer output, listen on my Grados most of the time, yet also now and then output a preamp signal to my Swans.

I'm going off my tax return here, which I can't figure exactly for now because I need to double check several things, but the budget for the amp may end up being anywhere between $100-500, yet obviously there is not really need to push that if I'll be getting the Benchmark and other fancy equipment as my long-term choice later on.

I keep looking around... would a Matrix Mini-i have enough juice for the Grados? I don't see the relevant specs to discern that listed anywhere.

You mean in terms of loudness? Easily enough for any grado. Did you read this review for the Mini-i?
