Will a TubeMagic D1 benefit with the GE 5670 Tube Upgrade?

It will be used for my D2000s and AV40s, will the upgrade make any real difference?

Hi, I have a similar DAC, a Grant Fidelity Tube DAC-09 and it uses the same tube and has pretty much the same architecture. The short version is "Yes" and I have found a bunch of tubes via ebay and tubedepot that really give you the ability to tailor your sound. My favorite tube is a GE Red 5 Star 5670, then comes Western Electric 396A WE396A, from there the regular GE 5670 ranks third for me. Tubes change the sound, you'll be amazed how much.
