I have already done a google search and basically I am just looking for a few opinions before I spend any cash.

 

I have a Nad M15 , which is a great pre/pro but unfortunately no headphone jack, however it does have a optical , coaxel and RCA L+R record out . 

So for a budget of around $300 what can you suggest ?

A cmoy connected to the RCA , or maybe a dac amp like the "zero" connected to the optical out ?

My headphones  are Grado sr80i and Sennheiser hd650

I use this Nad 80% movies and 20% music , I just need the headphones when the kids are sleeping.
