I just recently bought a pair of HD598's and im wondering if my current setup will degrade performance. Right now I have a HDA Xplosion 7.1 sound card, with logitech X-540 speakers connected. Currently I've been plugging my HD555 into the headphone out port of the speakers, Is this degrading the sound quality? Should I be plugging in my headphones directly into the sound card?
