Hifi Man 601 or Sflo 2?

I was wondering which player would be better for my needs. I will be using this at the gym alot which I think both are capable of. Also I will be using it with etymotic er4p headphones and no portable amp. So I guess I am wondering which sounds better and if the higher price on the HM601 is worth it.

Why lug such a big DAP around a gym, get a Sansa Clip+.

I've never seen the s:flo2 but the 601 I would not want to carry around in the gym. The same goes for the J3 which is around the same size as the s:flo2. If for gym purposes I would get a sansa clip+, ipod shuffle or nano.

Thanks for the responses guys. I did have a clip previously for the gym and like it alot but lost it. I am currently using a zune HD and prefer the sound from that and figured one of these players would sound even better. Also as far as size is concerned it does really make a difference for the weightlifting I do  I can just put it in my pocket. I dont really care how huge it is because it isnt very much of an inconvenience either way.
