Experiences with Techflex Headphone Noise?

I'm finalizing my purchase list for my first recabling project on my busted ES7's and I had a quick question for you veteran DIY'ers.

I was going to buy 3/16' Techflex sleeving for the Canare L-4E5C cable that would replace my broken cable.

I've been looking around and reading recabling threads and some people claim that Techflex causes noise in the headphones when rubbed against certain materials.

Anybody out there have bad experiences with Techflex when recabling?

Yeah, I never use that stuff, makes TONS of noise.  Always opt for nylon multifilament sleeving.
