Looking for 3.5mm to 1/4" stereo cable...

I posted an ad in the FS forum but figured I'd try here as well.

As the title states, I'm looking for a cable (about 6 or so feet long) that terminates on one side with a 3.5mm mini plug and on the other side with a 1/4" plug.  I'd like something that's of decent quality, but am willing to consider any options that may come my way.  I will be using this to connect my TMA-1 headphones to my amp.

I found a few like this at markertek, but the 3.5mm plug is a little bulbous for plugging directly into the headphone.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

What do you mean by bulbous?  That jack is not that big.

The excess metal surrounding the 3.5mm jack is a bit excessive by comparison to the OEM plug.  While it does not look like it would actually touch the adjustment portion of the headband while being worn, it looks like it would definitely hang off the edge a bit.  A slimmer form factor for the 3.5mm end would be nice.

Maybe our friends at Grado can assist you

I use one of these to plug my Sennheiser HD 414's into my computer at work.

bought on Amazon for $15. (steep, but its build quality is solid.)

but it's short - mostly intended for those who don't want to put pressure on their PMP jacks,

But have no fear, they've got you covered on length.

this is 15 ft though. you can coil it with a twisty-tie and make it as short as you want.

oh oh oh, but you want plug to plug....

I dunno.

hth.
