The large number of posts a bad thing? - Page 2

Thread Starter

Thanks,

Product reviews that I'll write a little.
Tonight, ATH-CKS90 posted a review.

Many questions in PM. Many questions about Japanese products.
It also means reducing the reviews I'll write that.

But the writing is difficult for me. eek.gif

Me, on the other hand, probably 2/3 of my post count is either semi-trolling or writing useless stuff. I messed myself to 1500 posts, so what? Did I contribute? No. Did I help the community? More like damaged it somewhat.

Post count means nothing. Supremus don't mean a Damn thing.

This is why you haven't gotten the password to the Supremus forum and all the sponsor discounts and with that outlook, you may never get it. Don't mean a thing.......pfft!

So what? I specifically contacted a Mod to remove my Supremus title, but it turns out only Jude can do it and the whole process may be complicated.

Not necessarily. Mostly it shows that the person is active in the community. A lot of my posts lately have just been in the music forum and lounge. I don't post a lot elsewhere here because I don't have much experience with gear (yet). But I still share interests with many of you, and that's why I like it here.

You are way too serious!

Oh well, the least I can do is wish you luck. I do not mind the 'title' but what is the use of it? If you had written some outstanding 'pieces' about audio gear and audio related topics and you would receive appreciation for that in the form of a title, "Headphoneus Supremus" would be more of an honour based on merit and therefore more justifiable in a sense.

Either way the system in Head-Fi works the way it works...

It took me 8.5 years to reach 3000 posts. OTOH, I somehow earned my custom moniker title (Truck-Fi) from Jude quite a few years ago.

I envy you guys, I'm just a contributor but I'm very happy with it  ksc75smile.gif

I wish Jude would grant me a Couch-Potato Fi status.

No, as long as what you post is relevant, it doesn't really matter. You should only feel bad if your 2900+ posts are troll posts. If playing a music game is bad, then talk to DLeeWebb (Spelling?)

That guy went post crazy...I got a life....
