Help buying Cowon s9/j3 8, 16, or 32 gb?

I'm going to buy a Cowon PMP, either the s9 or j3

 

But I have a few questions:

 

1. What is the difference between the s9 and j3 (other then the battery, expansion, and looks)

 

2. I'm willing to buy a j3 8gb with a 16bg card, but should I fork out for the 16gb with 16gb card? ($35 more)

 

3. Should I buy a s9 32gb instead for the same price as a j3 8gb? (~$5)

 

4. I wasn't impressed by the s9's ui speed, and that's why I choice the j3 instead, was the speed fixed at all?

 

5. How is the black on the j3?

additional info:

My music collection is around 1.5TB, yet I only use around 30gb at a time on my main HD, rather then my external HD

You might also want to check out and wait for the Cowon D3. Check out this thread:

It looks like a J3 with a slightly larger screen, android operating system, better screen, wi-fi, and on and on. It should be released in Korea (and probably eBay) on January 1.

Nope, no idea - since it hasn't been released as of yet.

Well, when I was on the d3 forum, someone posted it would be around (USD) $240-350 rough conversion.

Probably the 8gb would be around $230+ and 32gb the highest
