Best DAC/Amp combo that also includes balanced ports?

Hey guys,

 

Can someone point me in a direction towards an amp that would grow from my HD 650 to maybe the harder to drive cans that als has a great DAC and has both SE and balanced outputs?

You are awesome!  I'd actually tried to google this amp and couldn't find a store page or even the company homepage!  This looks perfect!

FWIW, the engineer Kingwa recommended the WM version to me to pair with a balanced HD650.
