Sennheiser CX300 has a LOT of bass. and you can get it under 30$

The Klipsch Image S4 is also great for bassheads for 75$ MSRP

Yep, M2 and M3 both have pretty good bass. Another choice will be a-JAYS Three. Not quite as up to par as M2 / M3, but has a really punchy bass and I would only recommend it to basshead over M2 / M3.

I haven't heard the M3 myself but they do get good reviews. I really liked the M2 a lot.

I was looking for similar as an upgrade to my Senn CX300, did my research and was about to buy the Brainwavz M2 until Amazon had another of its crazy deals on the Monster Turbine for $58.

I liked the M2 over the MT myself. The M2 is a laid back warm signature that is wonderful with genres like Jazz and  a lot of rock and it has a decent sound stage. The MT is also nice but not as pronounced in the mids and has a very small sound stage.

I'd go with the turbines, since it has a much better sound (in my opinion) than the CX300, and I never heard the M2 or M3. The bass is much more textured, and more controlled than the CX300, and the mids and highs are more crisp and detailed too.

Monster Turbines or Brainwavz M2 and M3 will be wise choices (with the latter having less bass).

Fischer Audio Eterna!  Maybe they cost a little more than 60$, bit it has the most powerfull bass I've heard/

Mee M6. That thing is a bass cannon, I just got it today and the bass is extremely punchy and brain rumbling. I am burning it in right now, so I don't know if that will change.

it occured twice, once around black friday, and another few days ago, sorry to say, the deal is gone
