Hey, I’ve struggled with this for some time, searching both Head-Fi, Handbrake, and the web in general with no success. I have a number of music DVDs that I have converted using Handbrake so that I can play the DVDs on my iPod Classic (with my spectacular Shure SE535 IEMs). Here’s the problem, Handbrake only allows the audio to be kept at no greater that 160 Kbps, far less than most AAC or MP3 files. Having just finished converting my library to Apple Lossless, I really want to do the same for the audio tracks of my DVDs. I’m not wedded to Handbrake, but can’t seem to figure out (or properly understand the complexities) after searching Handbrake, Head-Fi, or other sites.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
