It has problems (http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/429446/update-got-mine-any-cambridge-audio-cd30-owners-care-to-share) unless Cambridge has fixed them.

I use it as a transport, and have never had either of the two issues bellbrass mentions in that thread.  I did buy it in 2010 however, so perhaps they fixed the issue after that thread?
