I am sorry but it amazes me the amount of genuine / authentic items for sale here - new in box - with a *lost* receipt - especially items like Monster that you can buy for $9 - $12 from online Chinese dealers with all the packaging and indishtinguishable from the real deal. Very suspect. You never see items that are not commonly faked for sale here new with no receipt. Mmmmm. It has put me off buying anything new here. Futureshop / walmart has taken my returns before new in box with no receipt. Tell her to try the shop she bought it from for a refund or store credit.

the pic is not what the one i have , i got lazy didnt take a pic of mine the one i have still have the marks from bestbuys security sensor's strap

 

the only actually store that carries these is bestbuy,  in bay area bestbuy stores never takes returns without the reciept, ive tried 3 store

i even bought another one just to get a gift reciept to return this one, turns out if the item is returned with the org reciept, the gift reciept is no longer valid, i can even show you the gift reciept

 

to any one who end up buys these ,  if they are fakes one , file a claim through paypal and send them back i will eat them

 

 

please dont not listen to this guy, im being honest, im not selling a pair of fake earphone just to get 50 dollars, its just not worth it
