Guys, I got a HM-801 yesterday and I'm having a heck of a time with it.  My computer does not recognize it, or the SDHC card within it.  The HM did not come with a compact disk containing drivers and the lady who answers the phone at Head-Direct's Customer Service Department seems not to know much about this product.  Any help from you guys' would be greatly appreciated.
