Digital out via Clip+ usb port??

this is probably a dumb question, but with all the glory of rockbox on a clip+ why is there no option for digital out via the usb port on a clip plus? is this just absolutely not possible, or has no one figured it out.. or what? i havent seen any threads about this so i figured i'd risk looking like a moron and ask. sure would be a sweet option! thanks

well I was reading a thread a couple days ago(don't remember the link) there was even a diagram of the chip.

 

the conclusion was tha it is practically imposible:

 

the chip used on the clip+ haves pins like on a processor chip(spread all over the bottom of the chip not only on the sides) and the line out and digital line out(wich the chip supports) are placed under it in a way that you can't reach it.

 

so to get access you would have to desolder the whole chip or go through the pbc(wich I don't think is possible or easy)
