J&R has much better customer service I believe

Just ordered from J&R, which is in New York.

They are undergoing a major snow storm.

That explains why my headphones didn't ship today.

checked out using Amazon

used my overseas credit card but shipping address is in Chicago, hope the order will be processed without any problem

I called them today and experienced the worst customer service to date.

After being told that they were to ship them yesterday, I was informed that they would not being shipped out today, and was told maybe they would ship tomorrow, I attempted to cancel my order. I was given the attempted run around and then the associate just hung up on me. 

Needless to say I had to resort to calling my bank and having the charge cancelled. 

Hope everything works out well for everyone else.

I called them for return,  first time they said I can get RA number in one hour, 2nd said in one day, I actually got them after 6 days

horrible customer services

avoid it if possible, always do PM to other good stores
