Connecting Auzentech Prelude to Darkvoice 337

Thread Starter

First off, if there is a better spot for this thread, please tell me, so I can get it moved there.

I'm looking to connect my Auzentech Prelude, to my Darkvoice 337 that is coming. I pre-emptively bought an Optical Toslink cable, but realise it's only going to be good to a DAC.

I'm very new to this, and am unsure as to what cable I would need to connect my Prelude directly to my DV337.

Alternatively, I could connect my soundcard via Optical to my AVR-590 Reciever, and then connect my reciever to my DV337, though, I'm still unsure what cables I would need, and am not ever sure this would work.

Thanks for any help that can be provided!

This is the kind of cable you'd need. a mini (3.5mm) to RCA. I had almost the same set up (332 instead of 337) & was very happy with it just to let you know :)

I actually had a DIYer make me a lovely cable to connect the two using some very high quality components. Maybe thats something you could consider. Its very rare that a good quality one pops up in the classifieds these days...
