For lots and lots of bass, the sony ex71.

They have far too much bass for me but if that's what you like they may be good. My experience with the mx500 is that they're closer to neutral, but not neutral, than the ex71.

Well in the title you say HEADphones with a lot of bass = Koss PortaPro's.

But then in the actual post you say 'bud's, so I'd agree with the person above that said the EX71SL's.

Do you want headphones or earphones?

The Sony EX series is definetely for you. (EX71, etc.)

i got them particularly for the bass and dont regret getting these buds one bit

ex71 will fit your two needs. lots of bass and buds. and not that expensive.
