They're going for only $200 at Vanns with free shipping. I've been trying to search for reliable reviews, preferably from audiophiles, but had no luck finding reviews. Are these speakers good? They're half the price compared to Energy Take 5 Classic. I would like to know how do they perform? They're slightly bigger than Energy, but they're both manufactured by the same company, Klipsch. Can someone please provide input on these Jamo's? Coz before I found these S413 Jamo's, I was really considering Energy Take 5 Classic, but I don't have an amp at the moment, and I'm tight on budget ... I want to know id Energy is really worth that extra $200? Or would I be better off buying 2 sets of Jamo, setting up a 9.2/7.2 setup? Inputs please, and reviews/links please?

they are great for the money and you will not find a better setup for 200 bucks, unless you shop used. Vann's is a very reputable dealer and Jamo is an excellent speaker company. I mean, read all the reviews at Vann's -- they are great across the board! That Jamo set is one of the default "best 5.1 on a budget" set recommended over at AVSforum (which BTW is a better place than Head-Fi for general HT advice).
The Energy Takes may be slightly more refined but, as you note, they are smaller and thus will not have as much mid-bass above the subwoofer crossover point. I don't think they are worth TWICE the price.
If you have more budget room, buying TWO sets of the Jamos would be silly, better to spend the extra money on BETTER speakers speakers instead of MORE speakers. Or adding a second sub. Taking that $200 savings and buying a second subwoofer will add a lot more "bang for the buck" than going from the Jamos to the Energy's.
I would get the Jamos and enjoy, and then if you want to upgrade later you can add a better (or second) subwoofer, or you can add nicer speakers up front (for L/C/R) and then move the little Jamos to surrounds for a full 7.1 setup.
Here is the Jamo owner's thread at AVSForum, this will be your best source of info: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=872526
