Is there a place you can buy used graphics cards?

Howdy, I recently purchased a new monitor, (1900x1200 i believe) and I was wondering if there was a forum or something where I could purchase last gen graphics cards (because the users upgraded or something.)

http://www.overclock.net/video/ and http://www.ebay.com are what I use.
