I have had a Zune HD for about three months and absolutely love it.The music I have filled it with sounds great to my ears and the ability to view rented or bought HD movies using the A/V dock is really fun.However,last month it lost it's little solid-state mind.It started changing selections and volume levels on it's own and basically driving me crazy with it's antics.Thankfully after sometime searching the support site I found the fix instructions and software.After downloading and following the instructions my player is behaving itself once again.I hope this link will save fellow owners some time should it occur with theirs. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927001?sd=zune
