Those best buy ones look awesome but he said they sound horrible unamped. And I'm using an unamped ipod so those r out for me.

 I'm between JVC HA RX700's or 900's now unless I can get grado's for 60 but cant find them.

 

So its down to this, which would u get. 700's or 900?

I listen to mostly rock, indie and some rap.

btw, not looking to spend over 60$.

So there is like a 3$ difference between the 700 and 900's.

The 700's are cheaper and I need to pay shipping.

While the 900's are 5$ more but free shipping. So in the end the difference is slim.

 

Which would u pick for my uses?

I own the RX700 and RX900. For your uses, I suggest going with RX700. The RX900 has a bigger sound stage, darker tone, and is more bass centric.
