Hi all,

Unfortunately I have been using an ipod nano 3gen as a mobile reference source, for when I am listening to any hifi gear in stores or at friends houses. It lets me be consistent with comparisons, at least, though I'm sure a lot of you may laugh when you read that hehe..

I can quite easily pick up the differences when comparing my ipod on my home system to my usual input source, so I some sense of what the ipod 'should' sound like through other systems. My home system is a Sonos zp-80 as a transport into a Musical Fidelity x-dac, to a Musical Fidelity x-150 amp. I haven't ever been able to fault its sound compared to anything else.

My question is, does anybody know a good review site online that might have a proper test of my ipod's frequency/impulse response? I haven't had any luck searching through Google. I would be really interested to see exactly how the ipod performs to confirm my own thoughts while listening.

Thanks

Jay
