Anyway to convert MP3s in to FLAC files?

Anyone? Or can this only be done from Cds?

Yes, there technically is, but you would end up with a lossless version of a lossy file. There is no reason to do this, unless you enjoy eating up disk space unnecessarily. 

 

Rip CDs or encode uncompressed audio into FLAC.

LOL thanks.... god damn it.  I paid like $1000+ for inferior sound files.

It is not useful to convert a loss format mp3 into lossless format FLAC.
