Anyone know of a good audio shop that does cabling work in california?

Just got my denon D2000s. Love them but hate the long ass cable. Completely unlivable. All i want them to do is hack off about 3 feet of it and allow me to plug it back into my laptop :). Anyone know of a shop in Southern California? And no I don't want to do it myself because I know absolutely nothing about cables.

I'd also welcome the help of any head-fi-er. Would pay for materials and beer and whatnot.

Might be better to simply ASK for a builder to reterminate your cable for you, it's a very quick and easy job, pay for the connector and at least a few DIYers will be fine to do it for you.

Thanks for the tip^^  I just don' want to be without my headphones for more than a week so I was hoping for member or a vendor thats local to me.  Also was thinking about maybe just recabling the damn thing after I read all the reviews on the weak denon d2000 cables.

Post what City you live in. I would do it for a few bucks if you live by me.
