Zooommmffg!! I HAVE one of these!!!!!!! I just got a it from a buddy who works at a computer recylcling plant for $2. (YES 2$!) WOOT, LOLZ.
Ok, so maybe not the best 2$ ever spent but holy ****, this can is FUN. soundstage is EPIC for a mostly close can. I can tell they havn't been used in years. Dad probably died and the kids had no idea "wth" these are.
Wow, what a NEAT find! I'm currently using them in "Quadrasonic" mode. 70's gimicky? I think so, but nonetheless this is one badass can imo. It sounds awesome and I do mean awesome for most anything out of the 40's 50's, and 60's, and does an admirable job with modern music today... I'm listening to Owl city and they sound almost as good as a stock cabled hd650... Now that's scary.
p.s., this is my new portable can! Each cup is 4.25 inches long from pad to rear end.
I have one way to describe this can as my portable. Flipping, silly. Awesome! TROLL TO DAA MAAXX! The coolest thing is people are calling these "the R10 of their day." How neat is that?!!
I figure they are about 300-400 ohms based on their loudness on my amp pot. They are quiter than HD 650's @ the same setting. Crazy silly methinks! "Back to da future!"

Back in the day they were a R10 wannabe
