Hello just joined and I would like opinions on PS AUDIO GCHA and AKG K702 as a match. I will be using an iPod Classic as the main source. I have owned the K702 for about two months and I like them straight out of the iPod but it lacks the power to drive them to a satisfactory listhening level. Thank you in advance.

The GCHA has a smooth signature with notably fine soundstaging and drives lower-impedance phones very well, so it ought to be a nice match. The USB input is fine rather than great, but likely a more elegant solution than iPod out.

Thank you very much for your opinion, as for the USB being more elegant what exactly does that mean ? Is this better than going out from the dock connector to RCA inputs as I was planning to do ?
