Ultimate Ears 500, Ety MC5..

I got a lot of recommendations for RE0. But, I would also like to know experiences about Ety MC5 and UE500.

I read generally good things about MC5.. But, nothing about UE500. Probably because they are new..

 

Any thoughts?

Not sure if you still care about your OP, but I had the 500s for a month and LOVED them, more for the sound isolation than for the SQ (not being an audiophile, it's hard for me to discern great sound from good sound I think).  BUT durability was a major issue with the 500s...exchanged them 2 days ago and hoping this second pair lasts a lot longer....
