Lol, so I am still waiting for my Audio-GD Fun rev A (ordered over 2 weeks ago). In the meantime I had ordered the Asus Xonar Essence ST for gaming duty. So at first I plugged it in and I was underwhelmed. I'm like WTF?!?!? this is not doing anything more than what my X-fi and cmoyBB did for my 650's Then it dawned on me there was a gain switch somewhere... So I set it to the 64-300ohm and was like meh.... Keep in mind that I had the volume just shy of the redline. Well now I kick it to 300-600ohm and OMFG!, i think i went deaf for a minute. The sound was like night and day! hearing people say that an amp can really make these Senn's shine was an understatement lol. Listening to Apocalyptica's cover of master of puppets (MP3 226kbps VBR) I must have had multiple eargasms. I HEARD them breathing between chords it was nuts. Listening to 10 years autumn effect right now and WOW, loving this setup. If i didn't know any better this would be enough to hold me over for a while. That said though, I can't wait to hear what the FUN will bring to the table ; )
