Cardas Silver Solder is used for all terminations. Geometry can be found in the description. At some point I will post a Cadd Drawing on our website.

Yes it will work with the Westone UM3XRC. Yes we will have 80" for folks that want to use their phones on a home rig. It has been a common request for us to do a longer length. I dont know what a Plus Aurora is?

I did not state the ground was not important. But when it comes to the sound signature of the cable the positive leg makes a much greater impact on the sound quality than the ground leg. In my experience, with thousands of headphone cables in the field, I have learned what it takes to create a product that not only sounds good but also stands up to the the stress of a portable environment. Most of the new IEM cables you see in the market place have not been around very long and making a statement that they are all silver and that they have not failed does not say much. To truly know if a cable is going to fail or not, based on it's materials used, requires several years under there belt in large quantities to know for sure. I'm not saying any of them will fail, but as a business I must also look at producing a cable that that wont be sent back 6 months from now for flex failure. I have to stand behind the product not only for it's sound quality but also build quality. And as always I respect all of the opinions stated.
