i just got really p1ssed off when the previous dude who kept defending ethan said he was doing us a "favor".  not the first time it happened tho.  some times when i play a "free" online game and i try to complain about certain bugs/glitches in the game at least 1 person wud show up n tell me "u shudnt b complaining, its a free game they dont even need to do this", as if they are doing us a favor.  they r obviously making money 1 way or another n its our participation in the game that makes it happen.

 

bugdens service is getting better tho.  i jus recieved status update emails from them.  1 for processed n another 1 for completed.  also recieved 1 from canada post giving me a tracking #, date shipped, and a "Service Standard Delivery Date".  I guess im lucky for purchasing after bugden audio got massive flamed by the forum lol.

i think they dont really care about the complaints, as they are the only retailer in north america , they just think most likely people gonna buy from them , not GD Audio Base in Russia

 

 

the eterna i brought from them, have a tiny lil dent on the driver mesh, it didnt effect anything. i emailed them 3 time about it just to test their warranty service just in case if i really need it in the future. same as usual no response

Hi there,

 

Just ordered a pair of As-Feeling from Nathan yesterday.  Today (a Saturday) the order has been processed!!  Looking forward to my earbuds.  Will let everyone know when the order has been completed and when I get the buds!

 

Overall, so far very happy!

Been in touch with Ethan through email because I was thinking of upgrading my order to an IEM.

 

Really nice guy.  Emailed back asking questions regarding problems that I had before with IEMs.

 

Awaiting his response.

Eternas ordered Mar 27 arrived April 1st (5 days later) within Canada. 

Good communication throughout..... upfront questions answered, order status update e-mails, email from Canada Post with tracking number. 

Wouldn't hesitate to order from Bugden again.

Hi guys, 

 

Ordered Sunrise AS-Charm on 30 March. After 4 days it changed into ,,processed'' and still haven't received anything. 

I mailed bugdenaudio a few days ago and I don't have a reply neither.

I am kinda worried and now.. Does anyone know how long it will take.. 

Besides I live in the Netherlands.

Done much the same.
Ethan was awesome at contact just after I had purchased my headphones (Fischer fa-004) (16/03/11)

I'd ordered the brown but they were out of stock so I said that was ok I'll get the black and asked if it was possible to get a partial refund due to the coupon I had received from here.
He said no problem they would go out Monday (28/03/11) and that he would paypal me the difference and explained why the black had discount and not brown and that was all good! I was over the moon with support.

However I haven't heard from him since, I've sent a couple of emails through to him asking if theirs any update on the headphones and if theres track and trace or anything?

I know hes a busy student and thats ok, I'd just appreciate a 10 second email to say "Yep headphones have shipped" and not even worried about getting a partial refund.

Next time just order your Fisher Audio's from Dimitri at Musica Acoustics. This guy's customer service has been excellent despite the recent disasters in Japan.

Sigh. 

 

I had hoped things would get better, after my initial problems in getting the dba-02s. Left earphone just had to stop working :/ E-mailed inquiring about warranty, received a reply in a couple days saying everything was good, just ship them out and he'd send me a replacement. Sweet. They made it there in 2 days, March 4. Waited two weeks, sent an e-mail asking what the status was. Didn't get a reply, so I waited another week. Finally filled in another "contact us" form, and then I eventually got a reply (on march 28) apologizing for the delay and saying they were in the mail. Ok no problems there, everyone gets busy now and then and things get lost. Except now I've been waiting every since, sent another e-mail last week and no response, again.  

 

I really don't mind waiting for them (they sound great!) but this is a bit ridiculous. If there's no stock left or something else causing a (almost) two month delay then at least send me an e-mail saying that. Then I can go pick up a cheapo pair of earbuds to use, without having to worry about buying a pair, and having the dba-02s show the next day.

This is really disgusting in all honest i purchased my headphones 13 days ago as of right now and when i look at the status of it, it says Pre-Authorized i don't even know what that means, and i have emailed him twice and no reply.

I already wait 27 DAYS.

Now the funny thing is...

The status of my order is still ''processed''

In other words it still has to be shipped!!!!!

 

So please 10 days 15 days is nothing compared to me XD

Owh and I live in the Netherlands, maybe is that the problem.

27 days is nothing :p


End of September to mid December for my first pair of DBA-02s, and those were pre-ordered. Broke sometime in February, they arrived at Bugden March 3, it's now April 26th and apparently they were in the mail March 28th. Somehow it's taken an entire month for a package to make it from BC to Ontario. Yet they only took two days from Ontario to BC... 

 

Seriously though, has anyone heard anything from Ethan/Bugden?

Owh wait, after so many weeks they changed their things in out of stock.

How long does it take before they get new ones??

 

Or shall I take my money back.. Ebay is much faster and you see the feedback of each seller and buyer.. And at least they reply on you emails.

This sucks!! When i buy something from China or the US it won't take longer than 2,5 weeks.

I ordered a pair of DBA-02's about 5 weeks ago, noting that the website said backorder, but hopefully available soon. Ethan has communicated with me a couple of times (within a week of each attempt) and cannot state when he will have stock in. I can't say why he cannot get them stocked, but my guess is that Fischer Audio is keeping him in the dark about stock.

I'm contemplating canceling my order. While I really want a pair of these, they're turning into more trouble than they could possibly be worth.
