I'd give your left thumb to be able to obtain the following one at a decent price, say under 70$...

IMO they look MEH, the cups look O.K. but that band man, NOPE.
First time i see this brand....i love the wood cups. Any experience with them?
I read that they are an OEM company actually, are they chinese?
It seems like their website is down. DDOS'd by headfiers maybe? I actually prefer the other designs displayed at headfonia. Looks like they.. err. adapted audio technica's wings design.
Hi,
This thread still alive?
Spoke to this company in China today, and ordered a few to test, just for fun.
Will let you know.
Mike
The Headphonia link the IEM looks pretty darn similar to the FX700.. But i do dig the first and 3rd pair, nice wood from the pics :D
The most expensive ones are USD 45, and the cheapest (earbuds) are USD 13.
At this price I am a little pessamistic about the sound, but - you never know.
Anyway - I may be able to use one pair as a new housing for my modified Fostex headphones!
I have ordered:
1 X ES-881 EB
1 X ES-880 EB
1 x ES-610 BB
1 X ES-220 EB
They were apparently sent by FEDEX today.
Esmooth is a really bad name for anything but Laxatives
at first i was excited, i approached it cautiously, and now i'm pessimistic as well. the sheer quantity of products is throwing me off a bit.
haha yeah i agree with you. in another light maybe a bit too groovy for the name of a chinese headphone manufacturer.
last edit: this is the product description for the ES-820BB headphones:
This headphone which is made from natural bamboo wood has bamboo’s attribute. It has clear and melodious sound. Wearing bamboo headphone like to be in bamboo sea, can feel to refresh and oriental minimalism. Bamboo wood is lighter than many other materials, even if wear a long time will not feel discomfort.
Remember reading about this in HFN a few months ago. Look nice.

They OEM for a few companies, yeah.
Do they sound Esmooth?
let us know.
They are on their way to me via courier.
Hope no customs problems.
If all ok I should have them by the weekend...
