This is a rather strange thread. Without any sort of category, price barrier, etc, the list of every company from every country is so long as to be essentially useless.
More interesting than just a huge list of names are what's different about each country. Here in the US we are arguably world champs in terms of performance with dynamic, electrostatic, and planar magnetic loudspeaker designs. The Germans easily have us beat though with horns and exotic bending wave omni-radiators. We've also got some serious amplifier talent (Levinson, VTL, Spectral).
What we don't have is a company like MBL or Burmester that make complete ultra high-end systems from source to speakers - that seems to be kind of a German thing.
The British seem to excel at mid-level integrated amps, monitors, and generally more compact systems.
Japan produces seriously good electronics (Zanden, Accuphase) but historically very little in loudspeakers. There's TAD of course, but other than that...
